It started in 4 in desperate need of mortgage help after loss of salary as everyone suffered, i saw an add on tv called and started right away, till this point now 7, they have changed addresses, phones delete emails, faxes seem to vanish, etc, i keep resending docs spending more and more money and still nothing, the owner of the firm states he is splitting his firm the partner left and he is no longer doing mods, but they will finish mine, likely story, i started again and still no product and the bank is as aggressive as ever, i filed a bbb complaint as well and then this comany threatened not to help me if i didnt resend my complaint, so now im going to be homeless and broke, i truly dont know what to do! There fees, multple faxes, fed express charges, and loss of my home will be close to 350,000.00
