Miscellaneous

This scam involves 3 membership websites and their "merchants" that handle billing. Mypphelp.com and wildpass.com are the most recent culprits. Below is what has happened so far in chronological order:

On 3-16 I cancelled a membership to boyfriendpass.com through the "merchant" marketshelp.com.
On 4-16 EgladesMGOnline.com fraudulently charged me for a membership to pridepornpass.com in the amount of $11.32. The fraudulent membership used the password from boyfriendpass.com my new membership's password. This was a password I had randomly generated and was only used on that site so it was obvious where they got my billing info and IP address. I contacted the "merchant" EgladesMGOnline.com and marketshelp.com about the fraud and requested that my billing info be removed from their computers. EgladesMGOnline.com responded to my email and issued a refund but marketshelp.com never sent even an automated reply.

On 7-16 while I was sleeping I received another fraudulent charge to wildpass.com from the "merchant" mypphelp.com. I checked my bank account and found the pending charge of $11.32. The membership confirmation emails from all 3 "merchants" are identical. I checked the websites for the "merchants" and all 3 use identical password retrieval and membership cancellation pages. It appears these so called merchants are all the same company and they use credit card information gathered from their various sites/clients to automatically charge people for memberships to different sites in the hopes they won't be noticed.
