Good Times Ordering Service
Added to my order without authorization. Rip-off!

I recently requested an order from the television for
Tae-Bo work out DVD's. My order was handled by the
Good Times Ordering Service. I made my order and the
represenatative taking order began spouting on about
all the stuff they would send with my order and if I wasnt interested after recieving to send it back within 30 Days and there would be no charge.
That was my 1st mistake, my order was placed February 04,
and to this day (March 9) I have yet to recieve it.
But that is neither here or ther. My complaint is the fact
I have called two times since my order to see where my
shipment was and because there were no chrages to my account. I asked repeatedly (What is the total charge to my account?)
They advised my account has been charged since February
but I did not see any debits, also the total charge they
advised from the beginning would be 67.80. This was what
was expected and this was what I agreed to. Now checking my accounts online I have noticed a Total charge from this company $130.50. This has sent my account into a frenzie and has made a chain reaction of NSF charges and bounced checks totaling my debt over -207.00 plus the -180.00 the bank is charging for NSF fees.
I have contacted this company and my bank (Wachovia) and neither are willing to do anything about until I take my time out and send in Disputes in writting and wait at least 3-4 weeks for a responce. This is clearly unloyal to the consumers and for them to dismiss it as an error
on the consumers part and make me pay for the error and inconvenience is rediculous. I will surely never in the future trust to order anything from any one without product in hand. Since I have squared my account with Wachovia and closed it and began my banking with another organzation.
This is definately not over and i will make sure this company is aware of the injustice they have caused. I Just wanted to share this information for any one ordering from the television (BEWARE).
