BuyHealth Lured me into ordering medicine (Thyromine), placed order, via credit card, not till after my order was placed did I see the company's "policy" on ordering, returning, restocking etc

I was on Healt Buy.com website, seen they had a drug that could replace the one "Im taking for underactive "throid"... Began to fill out order inf, gave may card # thinking I was going to be asked more questions, before I need it, my order said it went thru. I immediately call the supplier, tell ing them to ingnore order, aS i WAS TO CONtact people at may end, to make sure the charges didn't go thur. I emailed Health buy, infomring them that I wanted the order calcelled.., They did not cancell the order as I requested. I immeidiatey had my credit card account # closed... As at that time, the charge hadn't come thru. Some 10 day's later I got a "new" card, with different card #, Somehow my credit card company, change the charge they put thru from the account.# I had canceleed. To the new carde# I have..
What can I do to get this money of our back..
They did sent me the product, which I returned to them after getting a "RMA" form
