Seller Refused to Honor Winning Bid

My issue is with Auction ID 492299. I won the bid on this property on 2/21 at 3p and contact Mr. Nadav Korem at approximately 330p. Mr. Korem stated that he was not at his personal computer so he could not verify this info and we agreed to reconnect at 6p est. I called Mr. Korem at 6p est and he was rude, unruly and all of a suddent he could not understand what I was talking about. His wife took over the conversation and informed me that he was putting in a floor in a house he was renovating because the previous floor was not level, he had to tear out his work down to the floor joists so he was not able to talk about the property I bought at the moment.

I suggested that Mr. Korem contact me later that evening and I told him that I would be up kind of late because I am a college student and am studying late that evening. He did not call. I call him the following morning 2/22 approximately noon est, last night around 8 and this morning at 830a. I made contact with him at 830a this morning 2/23 and Mr. Korem informed me that he was 2 hours behind me (630a his time) and I told him I would call him later this morning. I just contacted Mr. Korem about 10 minutes ago and he told me that he will not sell me that property because his employee 'mess up' and it was not a free and clear property. I researched this property and it has back taxes that are due and I am in the position to take care of the taxes. This property is free and clear to sell and all of Mr. Korem's property has back taxes due unless it is stated in the original ad.

I am at my wits end and have no idea what legal rights I have at this point but I need your advice on how to proceed at this point. Sincerely
