Charging For Work Not Done

After hail damage, our insurance adjuster's report indicated that our house needed to be power washed and repainted. Professional Roofing's estimate stated that they would power wash and repaint the house. After many assurances that they would power wash before painting, they did not do it and the painters applied the new paint on top of all the dirt, debris, cob webs, etc. That covered the siding after the storms. They said they vacuumed and wiped down the house instead but they obviously did not even do that since all the debris was still visible under the new paint.
We told them we would not pay for the power washing since it was not done and they told us that they would not honor their three year warranty on the paint job if we did not pay for the power washing. They kept assuring us the paint job would last. Basically, they wanted us to pay $472 for a warranty on a very poor paint job.

And now, after only 7 months, the paint is already coming off the house. When we advised them of this, and told them we were going to the BBB, they said they would come look at it but they have not. They also took $180 to comb the AC but they didn't do that either. They said it took the entire $180 to have one of their reps look at the AC to see if they could comb it and to have an actual HVAC professional look at it to confirm that the AC could not be combed. I contacted the HVAC professional they sent out and he said he would not have charged for that service and his web site advertises no trip charges so there is no way it cost Professional Roofing $180 to do nothing but have two people look at our AC.

We have tried multiple times to resolve these issues with them but they have refused to work with us. These are only a couple of the issues we've had with this company. This has been the worst consumer experience I have had.
