I too signed up for a reverse phone number lookup for the $. 99 special rate as many in this scambook have mentioned. Apparently in the sign up process they ask you to key in your email address and at that point you are signing up for identity protection for $19.95 per month.in addition you have signed up for people search for $19.95 per month. I so the first $19.95 charge hit and called them. They seemed friendly and said they would credit the charge back. I got hit with another $19.95 charge and then they tried to hit me with a third (all in less than 30 days). When I talked to them about the initial conversation they said the date I talked to them was later than it really was and they could not do anything about the first 2 charges. These guys are slick and based on the complaints I see on the web are ripping people off left and right. Someone needs to kick off a class action suit or something to get this fixed.
