We went with this company because the sales rep. Led us to believe that we would get $300. Toward cancellation of prior company's fees and that we were under no obligation to stay with the company if it did not measure up to what we needed. Our business closed 4 months later and what we found out is that the sales rep misinformed us about the whole contract and it cost us the $595 to cancel prior company contract (the $300 was never seen) plus you have to pay $495 early cancellation fee. They have all kinds of hidden rules of how to cancel or how to get money refunded and give you only half the answer when you ask point blank questions. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! Check out BBB ratings it will back up my findings. Sad that I found out too late and my family is suffering because of it now.
