Suppose to be a free service but our credit card has been charged in June and again in July. They tried to run the charges through twice more in July but the Fraud Prevention Department stopped them from running it through the second and third time. I tried to contact them both by email and phone. Was told by phone someone would call back shortly. No return call. Tried to telephone this morning, line constantly busy!
