This letter is for the employee of Fulfillment International who has plenty of time correcting peoples reports than answering the phone to people who are trying to call. We have tried to call your company for the past 2 weeks making the calls around 10am - to 3pm either you all have very long lunch breaks or the sound of pissed off people must scare you all there.

Friend of mind has brought one of your packages but is wanting to take the trip. So either since you dont answer your phone maybe we can commuicate with thousand of others who will read this to see if we really do get this trip. We need you to email on msgb4@bigpond.com so we can see what tickets have to be sent otherwise if we do not hear from you asap we will be like all the other pissed off people here and ask for a refund. No refund I will national and internationally cripple your company live on Television with a very big warning I know you also go under the name of customercare also and I would say hundreds of other people would follow with me.

Do the right thing and hand over what is rightfully owed to my good friend who has forked out over 600 pounds. To all that is reading this NEVER fall into these kind of scrams refer to a lawyer before passing over any money or send a cheque at least it can be stopped in time.
