Well i recieve a phone call saying that i was the second place winner of the american publishing clearning house, that i will be recieving package that afternoon, but then as the time came close, they call back stated that the package was at the clearence office and there i have to pay a state tax and the package will be on it's way they was asking for $1400.00 then some how because i stated i didn't have no money they so call went down to $900.00 that's was the one % and the company pay the other 99% here., i was told to make a western union for $900.00 and that will be all, end up take my money and asking me to come up with the other or remaining funds here to compete the order here, i didn't give more money i ask for my money back, then they claim i'll have to wait for 3 business day, then i call again then they try to get more money, i told them to return my money now, they told me to come up with the remain or wait my 60 days it's been over 60 day and they haven't return the money yet, they stole from me...
