The web page asked for my charge card saying it was free to use the page and then I was charged $99 after putting my card with NO chance to approve it or not. It is fraudulent in my opinion.

Thier customer service people were very uncooperative for refunding my money and I doubt that I will get it, at best the say I have to wait at least 10 days for a refund.
