Sbs bus no 502

Hi, my name is Melissa. I every morning 6.10am will waiting early bus at Jurong West St 52 (bus st no 28409). I very dissapointed with the SBS bus 502. The bus always late 15-20min reach to bus st no 28409. Sometimes when bus broken its no any bus 502 replacement coming. I need travel from Jurong West to Marina Bay Sands bus stop about 45min - 1hr, and this all lateness bus everytimes make me late to work. Actually what i found is alot people which waiting bus 502 at Jurong West quite alot, not just I will late to work but how about others people. Beside that when I waiting bus 502 at Marina Bay Sands bus stop, it will take about 35min-45min just the bus 502 reach the bus stop. Why this kind of thing always happen. Another thing I would like to suggest is, when peak hours like morning and everning time SBS transit should provide double deck bus 502. That timing alot people take bus 502 and every time very peak into the bus. Hope this matter can follow up by SBS transit management and solve it asap. Thanks
