Wrong Size & They Wont Respond

Ordered size 40 Euro from this website. I have my confirmation email confirming the style and size. They sent me a size 39 that is too small. Now they wont answer my emails or their phone. (the phone appears not to be working) 800 975 5349. Their website said they would respond in 24 hours. They have not responded to any of my emails since I received the wrong size. I spent 150. On these shoes.
