Authorized them to charge me $2.97 for their free book in the mail. Was unaware that I would be signing up for at 57.93 monthly reoccurring charge. Called the company the next day after charges posted. Gentleman told me he could not refund it, would not cancel my account and to go a head and call my bank. I called my bank, they canceled my debt card. But basically told me they couldn't get money back either. They are bound by grant assists terms and conditions, which are not clearly stated unless you go to bottom of home page. They had me confirm a payment of 2.97 but never confirmed a reoccurring charge of 57.93. Horrible people.
