My friend and I ordered Three I-pods from this company in Dec two were cracked on front face, I mailed them back with Us. Postal mail in Jan we received them before Christmas.
We have made many attempts to this company for replacements or refund they email us asking for more information which we gave to them exactly what they asked for my friend has written several times on her own, I have done a few myself also but still to no satisfaction as they stop communication to us after trying many times, I have been very upfront with them and in a good language myself to explain we have many emails saved showing they received the products and our emails plus their responses back but still no refund or replacements have ever come can you please help us to get our money back its most likely the best thing now as I paid honestly to them and have tried to work with these people in their country but nothing has happened.
