Spoiled 500 ml Pack Ice-Cream

I bought a 500 ml pack of “Pralines n cream” last month from a Reliance super outlet in Kottayam, Kerala. I have bought this flavor before too and I had liked its taste and I know how it tastes like. But this new pack tastes like it has small tiny tiny grains of sand in it. May be it is the “Pecan Pralines” gone bad. I don’t know for sure, but the fact is it has tiny tiny grains of something in it which ruins the entire texture of the ice-cream. One thing I know is my money has gone waste. Is there something the customer care can do about it?

The website listed on the pack www.br31.in does not exist. Is this a deliberate attempt to avoid complaints?
