Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon

I purchased a 3 pack box of the Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon from Sam's club in Harvey, Louisiana. I put the bacon in my frezzer as I always do. I removed two pack out last night and placed them in my refregarator, like I always do. This morning I fryed the first pack every thing was fine, but when I looked at the second pack half of the pack was brown and discolored. I look at the other pack in the frezzer and it look fine. The use by date is 16 DEC #2 09:07 03. This pack that was discolored was in the middel of the three pack, I hope this was just a coincident.
