What happed to me is real. My opionions are my own.

RJ, Wall purporting that "they" are the owner (s) of a property situated at 1349 Market Street, Jacksonville Florida 32205 (Historic Distrcit of Springfield), leases a portion of the building to us with the postal address of 1347 Market Street as a fully equipped operational restaurant. Cleanup and equipment must still be performed and is documented in the lease agreement. (lots of verbal promises made also in front of witnesses.)

During the cleanup phase, all workers get fired.

On queries as to delay, everything gets pushed back one week because of electrical contractor not being able to comply or having a full schedule.

The second week, secretary states that RJ's dad is ill. He uses either his mother or father as an excuse not to return phone calls.
