Please learn from our horrible experience with this company and DO NOT USE THEM! I will explain why.

We spoke to their sales manager, Richard Roman, who guaranteed us within a week our furniture will be delivered from CO to TX. He also quoted us a low price of $1,600, which later turned out to be much higher upon actual weighing of the truck. Anyway, once we drove to TX and called Richard to arrange our delivery date, he magically disappeared. No emails or phone calls were returned, and his voicemail was always full. We emailed and called him. Finally, we were able to get hold of another rep through Dispatch who was supposedly coordinating our move.

To our dismay, we were told that Richard lied to us and the company has 30 days to deliver our furniture!!! What this means is, since the company doesn't count weekends as part of that 30 day time frame, we were told our stuff won't be delivered for 5-6 weeks from the time it was picked up. Case in point, as of 7/9, it has been SEVEN WEEKS and we are STILL waiting for our delivery. For some reason they keep saying they are really backlogged with old moves from Colorado with not enough drivers, and cannot bring our furniture. We are currently suing them for breach of 30-day contract, and for stealing our furniture because it is still sitting in Denver warehouse for some unknown reason.

Please do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR of this horrible company!!
