Told me to pay more than what the bill was and argued that my court papers were wrong stated i owed more than what the courts wanted me to pay

I had to go thru 3 people when i called and it seemed like no one knew anything. I asked to settle and at first they said they couldnt. Sent me to another person they tried to tell me i owed more than what the courts told me to pay. Then they wanted me to send that info. They are the ones that filed the court papers they should have them and i shouldnt have to send them my copies? They ended up settling when at first they said they couldnt settle? I hope something gets done with this company they are very rude to deal with and need to have their stuff together if they are suing people.
