MemoryLaneDVD.com advertised a TV series video boxed set that we ordered - the real thing - but sent us pirated off-the-air materials with commercials instead. They provided no return address in the shipping materials and have not responded to our request for a return address to send the materials back and get a refund. This is apparently their business model - a bank's customer service agent says this company is reported a lot but since they are international they can't protect our credit card unless we return the goods - which the company is preventing us from doing! I have been unable to find a solution. BEWARD! Avoid this company like the plague that they apparently are.
