I ordered an entire series of Have Gun-Will Travel collector/fan box set. I received a cheap Chinese pirate copy that maybe half the episodes will even play. What they advertised was no where near what I received. I complained, they eventually agreed to give me a complete refund. To date, I have NOT received anything from them. Not even a return email when I inquired about the refund. They refuse to even answer me. This company is great, until you have a problem, then you are ripped off completely.
