Great Potential at this Website

This is a useful website which is different from others in that it allows you to direct a request to the company with whom who have a given dispute, not to just "complain into the wind." This is useful in court, if the dispute comes to that, because it shows that you have done your best to resolve the dispute and mitigate your damages.

However, the website has a few problems that make it frustrating to use. I just wrote a 20-minute update to my complaint about CBE Group, Inc. Only to find that something went terribly wrong with the website's "saving my password" function. I use Norton Identity Safe, so there is no doubt that it saved the correct password I entered last night. Today, it failed to work, so I have just wasted my time. Also, I did write and submit a request directly to the company through this site, BUT today there is simply no trace of it on this website.

I'd like to continue using this site, but I am debating whether it will waste more of my time. I simply don't bother with that kind of stuff.

Has anyone else had this kind of problem? Thanks!
