I joined the site, and won a couple of auctions. That was over a month ago. No items have ever been shipped. I have contacted customer service several times with no success. I did a search for bidrack scams on google and was shocked to read about so many similar situations. Do not join. This is a scam. YOU WILL NOT GET THE IPAD that you think you just won. They use big ticket items to suck you in... You will never recieve these items... Do not trust bidrack!
