I tried out the promotional offer which required an automatic monthly order. The first arrived two weeks later. After using the promotional bottle of LeanSpa with no results I requested to return the one bottle I received on the automatic order. I was given an RMA number of 614848-814 and instructions for mailing. After about a month I started e-mailing them but never got a response. I then called customer service and they said that it would take up to two months to process. I called again in about six weeks and got the same answer. I is now about three months and still no refund.
