I feel I was mislead! When I was going to open an account your company informed me that the fee to open the account is $60.00. However your company offered a coupon code that said if it was entered my charge would only be 60 cents. I submitted my credit card information, when I pressed the submit key that is when it gave me my bill which was $60.By this happening I felt taken advantage of and then I should have known better for trusting in a site that I never knew about. When this happened I contact the online chat instantly and asked for a reversal. They informed me that I they were just the operators and did not have the authority and to contact customer support. However when I asked they did tell me that a transaction reverses would be an easy process. I am still concerned about getting my money back when I went only and seen that other people have reported having similar situations and that their money was not refunded
