Consumer Report

I went online to establish a report on myself and was unable to obtain it. The monatary approach was supposed to be a dollar and I was ok with that, however they charged me a dollar twice on the 17th of May and when they e-mailed me that the report was in to login on the 24th of May, they charged me $18.95 for a report that was not there and was never obtained. My major fear now is that they will continue to have access to my card and do it again for something they will never give. This is why people find it hard to trust online advertisers.
