I too ordered the Genie Bra after watching their advertisement. Many women have issues with finding bras that fit, so I was looking forward to getting them. I bought 1 set for 59.99 and got a second set "free" and only paid additional S & H.

It took 8 weeks for them to arrive. They did not fit. They are actually much smaller than just ordering your top size. The quality is poor. I finally got ahold of their customer service department. You need an authorization number to return the product. Took me 2 days to get through without an estimated wait time of 28 minutes or longer. I will get my 59.99 credited to my account. However I will not be reimbursed $25.98 for S & H of a 2 lb package and whatever the post office charges me to mail.

Can this company be reported to the Attorney General in the state they operate out of? Better Business Bureau? They are making a fortune off the shipping and handling alone.
