Yesterday, (5/17) I ordered flowers for my boss for her birthday and on teleflora.com and was under the impression that the flower arrangement would be delivered the same day. Shortly after placing my order I received an email from Teleflora customer service saying that they were unable to process my order the same day and asked that I provide an alternate date—which was fine because they informed me about the situation. I provided them with the date of today (5/18) before 11:00am because she was leaving the office for the day. They replied to my request saying that the changes have been made to my order. It is now 12:15 and my boss is GONE and there are NO FLOWERS for her birthday. I then called the customer service hotline and the person who "assisted" me told me there was NOTHING HE COULD DO! I asked to speak with his manager and he told me that I couldn't. I definitely let him know that I will be spreading the word about my very NEGATIVE experience with Teleflora. Stay away!!!
