Ripoff Misrepresentation, No accountability, lawsuit bound, Very poorly run company that is FIRST to blame the consume

Very poorly run company that is FIRST to blame the consumer instead of verifying that it is an internal problem that creates a delay in payment receipt. Drive Financial can and does misapply YOUR payments to other people's accounts and during this time you are forced to deal with their illiterate staff and supposed management. Then once YOU prove they did in fact receive your payment (you must produce cancled check), not only do they fail to apologize they actually resent you for exposing their ineptness.

Obviously they are owned and operated by people who care little to nothing about their customers, and one day soon their way of operating will force them into liquidation, hopefully soon.
