Susan Saulog owner of 2116 Sheraton Dr. Is a small investor with NO moral values! We entered into a Rent to own contract at which time all repairs and up grades were made by me. She began to say how thankful she was for keeping the house up. Then when we told her her house was ridden with squirrelss and rats and she offered a non refundable deposit back she invited us over for a walk thru then didnt return the deposit she offered to return that same day when she came the week before for a sit down with me. The front door was updated with storm door, laminate flooring you will see this in her realestate ad was done by us, also we also supplied a new rug in master bedroom, we repaired the airconditioner something that was to be done by her in our contract but that we paid for and cleaned up backyard just to name a few. Weve got banks statements and receipts of everything weve put into that house. I would strongly recommend to NOT rent from this slum lord... She will only lie to u and be dishonest!!! When things go wrong with the house she will want you to make the repairs and profit from that... Please do not make the same mistake we did.
