Why do you offer cancellation insurance on the Saver rate booking form online even though you have no intention of honouring it? On cancelling two double rooms due to the terrible snow throughout the UK on December 18th 19th 20th 2010 your terms and conditions state that customers have to be delayed on public transport for up to 6 hours (does that include o.A. P's and babies? Abysmal
