In January my computer froze up and a message popped up by a software called XP Security stating that I had 27 infections on my computer and that it needed to be dealt with immediately. There was a button that said remove infections and when I clicked on it another window opened up asking me to purchase the full version of XP Security. I purchased the lifetime protection and cleaned my computer, So I thought. Yesterday the same thing happened but there is no email, phone number or address to contact and make a complaint. I just found out that this is a fake software being used to rip people off and I fell for it. How can I get my money back?
