Savingpays99 they took $99.94 out of my acct without me knowing or giving them permission who are these people internet

Today i got an email from my bank letting me that an transaction was going on, whe i cheked i noticed $99.94 had been posted to my acct form an company that i never heard off. I tried calling the number on the copy of the check but all it said that the office is closed and press number 3 to leave an message and some one will call me back in 24 to 48 hours. They also gave an customer service website to email them an message... If someone out that can help me please let me know... I work very hard for money for someone to take it just like that
