Platnum card services watch out

I was very angry to see my bank statement after i noticed a difference in my balance. I discovered a debit totalling $99.00 or 99.99 dollars, this transaction was registered with the name platnum card services using the auto check debit. I am upset and have tracked a number to contact them about this fraud and they never answer its always a machine stating that im calling after business hours. I am financially troubled and due to this obsurd transaction my wife and i were without food and money for gas to get to work for almost a week! Jm
