I went to go buy the lg optimus in March. I went to the cricket store on 14088 E. Mississippi aurora, co 80012; well a lady there (Brandy was her name) helps us buy the phone, on the phone it said that they were going to send back 50 dollars back after we bought the phone. So the phone costed 200 but it was on specail for 149.99 so we bought the phone at 200. Brandy told us that the 50 dollars were going to be sent in the mail in about 2 weeks home. Today which is monday june the 6th, we still havent recived anything, so we went back to see what had happened. Well it turns out that Brandy was suppot to give us the form to send to the company, its too late now it was support to be sent 30 days after the purches, its been 3 months! And we did not know we had to do that!!! I think that the they should say everything we need to do so things like this doesnt happen, people would like cricket if they didnt keep ripping us off on things like this. Like for example find some way for us to ge our 50 dollars back or gives us a discoun ton our billfor what had happened ; somethin glike that. THings like this is why cricket loses people so please do something
