Very Loud, Rude & Disgusting

On Monday June 20. i went into Starbucks 416 Lincoln Road as usual. My every morning ritual to get my daily drink of tall black pike place. While standing at the register hold conversation with Aiesha and Ebony out of no where comes store manager Gabriel Diaz. Loud and rude as usual. What disgusted me of him most this day was a lady coming in pushing a much older lady in a wheel chair. She proceeded to go to the restroom speaking to the workers as i always see her do in the mornings. Gabriel Diaz nearly ran from around the back to stop her and in a loud manner and agressive tone he said to the elderly " No i've told you time and time you cant use my restroom, this is a buisness not a shelter for bums." I looked on in disbelief and so did other customers, the elderly proceeded to turn around. He continued to follow on her heals attacking her stating that he gets eight hours of good rest every night, and he never loses sleep, and before the lad reached the door she turn and said may God bless you. He continued with he already did.

Not only was he rude, but very disrespectful to not only the elderly lady and her disabled friend, but to the customers in line waiting to be served as well. If i didnt appreciate the early morning spirits of Ebony and Aiesha i would never walk into that specific store again. He is not fit to let alone run a starbucks store, but he"s not fit to work for Starbucks at all with the tone and agression and disrespect that he carries towards his customers.
