Loyal customer treated badly

As a gold member, I am offended that the staff at the Mary Avenue Starbucks does not care about their loyal customers. Some staff are friendly, but most, including the manager, never break a smile. The manager is downright rude. This Starbucks has staff that moves in slow motion, with no care in the world that there are long lines of customers waiting for their coffee. The store is also filthy from top to bottom. I have experienced many well run, efficient, friendly staffed and well run Starbucks, but this is not one of them.
