This is the third overdue for payment notice I have received from Robert Masters. I canceled membership, with no money paid up front, after I received the free gifts (probably purchased at the Dollar Tree (no insult intended) and given out as bonus gifts). This letter is threatening me with being approached by a collection agency for non-payment... Payment for what? I did not get a magazine&all I got was a few 3x5 recipe cards, a spaghetti measurer, and a magnet... Big, wow. So I returned the letter, yes, I put postage on the envelope, saying canceled. Their mail unit does not communicate with membership services? The company seemed like it was reputable but they are a joke. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone for their lousy customer service and threatening letters... What a bunch of bozos.
