I was trying to order my birth certificate online with Paypal@easybirthcerificate.com, filled the information that was required and submitted my payment with my paypal account. Only to learn that it could not be processed online. Only by phone. I have been calling for 2 days straight continually with no success.
I have called this person named " James" and have explained my situation while doing so, he hangs up on me. I called him the fourth time and left a message to get some answers. Have not heard from him since. I also asked him why I haven't received an email
receipt for my payment. Please note that I am very disgusted with this JTS Associates. I hope you can prevent from this happening again. Also, I have spoke with an courthouse clerk and she said that I didn't have to go thru JTS Associates, anyways.
