Applied for a birth certificate only asked for a name and billing address, credit card number and jts and associates charged my credit card $19.99. Did not ask any other information pertaining to my birth. Received confirmation by e-mail the Jtsassociates received my $19.99. Have not heard from them since. I think this is a fraud. Please help me solve this problem to receive a refund for something I did not receive.
