Ordered a beginners course in Spanish. Got it on time at a reasonable price.

A month later a large collection of language CD's arrived without having been ordered. Would be a stiff price! Now expects me to accept them (new unauthorised charge on card). Refused. Then they expected me to take my time from a medical office, package and send the disks back. Told them that I'll be at the office on specific days and that they can have some mailing company pick them up and return them.

Had expected to purchase more from them for a donation to a local library. Not now.
