I no longer have any receipt bills to back up my claim, however I had to discontinue my service with them since i never knew what to expect on my monthly bill. All of the charges were listed categorically, but i never expected that for one month i could have run up such a large bill.
Since then I have changed my phone carrier to Consumer Cellular which offers plans as low as $10.00 per month (especially for one such as myself who seldom uses their cell phone excpt on rare occasions.) Living on a fixed income I had to get a better grip on my expenses for my cellphone useage to keep a balanced budget I could rely on..

By the way, the $160.00 mentioned above is just an estimatem meaning it could have been lower or higher in actually, with the latter beign the greater possibility. I have a habit of throwing away bill receipts, otherwise I could give you more details as to exactly which segments of the bill seemed to be out of the norm.

Also I wish to add that due to the lack of receipts i am just going on a gut feeling that the bills were inflated in one area or another. I therefore have no certanty of this accusation.
