I have a daycare an did my fistaid test through mail. They said once trst was done they would send card througt email or if u wanted it by mail send ssae (self stamped addressed envelope) i sent my email address so that i would receive it and print it out. As of today 6/29 i have not received anything. When u call mthe phone number its always a answering machine an no one returns your call i have left 4 messages with my phone no. And no one has returned my call but they have cashed my check.
