I noticed an unexplained charge on my checking account, I tried to call the 803 area code number listed and that number was no longer in service. Then, I found a website to contact them and it said they have 24/7 service but when you call they say they are closed and they open at 9:00 am. The 803 number is out of SC and the web-site states they are out of FL. I tried to contact my bank via email complaint as soon as I noticed the charge but it was still
"pending" so now that it has posted, I need to go to the bank to address the charge.
