Just like others reporting to your website on 12/01/09 I noticed a pending $79 charge to my bank account. My bank would take no action against a pending charge. On Saturday I noticed the charge had gone through. I have no knowledge or memory of ever making any purchase with this company and how they are able to charge my account with out my knowledge is beside me. Like others that are struggling during this economic down time $79 is no joke but somewhere somebody is planning a Merry Christmas with our money and this is not right. A listed number gives a voicemail for a rep to call you back. I would file a fradulant complaint with my bank on Monday. Thank you for anything you can do to help.
