I paid credit one savings to help me obtain low rate credit card balance transfers and they failed to so. The agreement was after three attempts to obtain the low rate cards and i did not succeed they would refund my payment of 549.00. After the second attempt i tried to call them and the phone number that i had been previously talking to them on was out of service and there was not a forwarding number to call.
