Ripoff victimized many consumers

Recieved a phone call to get a low interest rate to transfer all my credit cards low rate 9.9. I told them i was already at that rate and then all of a sudden the interest rate went lower. I explained that i was on a limited income on ss disability and was not interested since i already was okay with my credit. Then i was promised a $20,000 savings over the years all for $279.00. Well dumb as i am i said i would look at the card being offered. Well they asked for payment upfront with a 100% refundable amount if not satisfied. Well got package telling me i had to apply to different companies 10 in all and if i was turned down i only got 40% back minus fees. Each credit card has a limited interest for only so long and a yearly fee also i own 3 of the 10 cards already. They will not refund any of my money and i am physically unable to do their so called process. I can not believe a company would scam a disabled person with a fixed income. I will never work again and i told them that, but this does not matter. Yeah right!!! Somebody needs to stop theses people frm ruining others lives. Who do they think they are making money off of others misfortunes. Where do i go and what can i do? I need my money back for now because of this i do have bad credit!!!
