The above amount was charged to our Cox telephone on 3/18. When it was discovered after the March bill arrived we complained to Cox with no result. I attempted to call Legacy at 708-385-9244 with a ring and no answer. Somehow they managed to make the above charge to our phone. We do not or have not had any dealings with the above. Sounds like a scam to me.
